Infinity Rehab is seeking a top-caliber Director of Rehab who is clinically driven and self-motivated for this Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. You will work with a dynamic multidisciplinary therapy team providing sub-acute inpatient therapy to a variety of individuals with a variety of medical conditions including orthopedic, neurological, and cardiopulmonary.
The Director of Rehab is responsible for leading and assuring patient quality, outcomes, and efficient processes. Infinity Rehab is looking for a leader with clinical vision and passion for post-acute rehab patients. The Director of Rehab ensures the efficient and effective operations of the Rehab Department. This includes direct therapy services to patients and management responsibilities such as monitoring admissions, treatment schedules, tracking MDS assessment periods and data, providing clinical supervision, and case management.
